Last stop in Vietnam, and the very most Southern point of the country, the Mekong Delta.
Travelling through the mangroves / bees making honey / hiding from the down pour / a beautiful grave / crocodiles that you could pay to poke with a stick / growing up on a river boat, a dangerous place for a child who can not swim / fresh pineapple from the floating river markets / sitting on a muddy river / the process of making rice noodles / rice water / rice paper drying in the sun / cooking the rice paper / putting the rice paper in the noodle machines / nap time at the noodle shop / snake salad... yuck!
