We discovered the amazing Vietnamese coffee in a small french cafe in Hanoi but carried on drinking them the whole way down the country. By the time we got to Cambodia we found the coffee weak and tasteless. I have bought back some beans and the small filters but I have yet to recreate it in England.
An extra twist about the coffee is that one particular type is sourced by feeding the beans to a weasel and then collecting them from the poo! Great job to have on your c.v!
